You could always send them to me ;D
A mill with 1/4" endmill is best. I have also done some basic machining with a drill press and an x y table that is fairly inexpensive. Then there is old school with a drill press and multiple holes and filing out the excess or dremel them out with a small cut off wheel.

How much per mag? I have about ten to do if I go the flush block route.

We are looking at a core / trade in type thing and I'm hoping we can do it in the $2 - $5 per mag range. I've got 100 mags and we set up a measurement system to check critical dimensions and how to size them for 100% operation. I want to get all this info out for the DIY crowd. We did a bunch of testing last night and are finding the adapter ramp / extention interface is a huge part of the puzzle along with static height, feed lips, follower angle, etc.....

Here's one I did with my Dremel and small file. After I finished it up I tried it out and it ran like butter ;D.

Did you grind the back lug down on that mag or did you get it that way? We use that on our non flush adapters.

Yes I ground it down to fit for the mag adapter I'm borrowing from Ron.
