Great! Glad to hear it. We are doing some testing to try and duplicate our customers ftf issues. He is even sending us his unit to test at our shop so we can quantify what is going on. We'll keep you all posted.
We got our revised blowback ejectors in Fri but did not get a chance to test this weekend. We are working on new gas blocks and getting them ready for the uppers we have in the works. Thanks for all the input!

340 rounds of bulgarian today with zero problems.
About halfway finished adapting ppsh drum to the 43 mags. But I still need my extra mags from tim. I will try to post some pics if it works well.

You are welcome! We are getting caught back up and are making another run of barrels. Trying out 2 new parkerizing solutions and one real old one......we'll see how it goes. Also got some chrome plating products in and will try it out on bolts/carriers and gas systems as soon as we are caught up on customers orders.

Hi All, Computers crashed again and we are trying to clean that up again........ I just got back off the road and am picking up what has been lost in the last 2 weeks from the computer issues. We are doing another barrel run, taking inventory of adapters that we have available, making gas assemblies and uppers on order. I apologize for the delays and please let me know if you have any qestions. Tim

hey fire by mike ive been working on the same thing with the 41 drum to the 43 stick. how r u gonna make the transition for the follower to go from the drum to the stick? i know the stick mag needs to be converted to single stack but im having trouble with finding a good way for the follower to make the curve into the stick. i was thinking about using the solid brass dummy rounds for the tok but have yet to figure a good way in my head to link them. any ideas?

I have not made a complete follower yet. I just load it all the way with live ammo and the last 8 rounds dont feed. The follower I plan on building will consist of eight 3/8" nylon spacers cut to the proper length with a pair of small holes drilled into each one and strung together with a fine peice of cable or string then attached to the follower in the drum.

Hey All, I've been on the road so we have fallen a bit behind on our adapter and upper orders. We are making an improvement on our Flush mounts to help out with the tolerance stacking we are finding on lowers. Also in the process of upgrading our machining center software to hopefully improve the revision and future product development. We do have a couple barrel assemblies done and just got the balance of parts on order to build a few more complete uppers. Please email me direct with any questions. Thanks, Tim Aberegg Heavy Metal

Road work expanded for a couple extra months and put the shop way behind. Back now and got our new machining software up and running. Cool stuff, I hope it works as good as it looks. Like I mentioned (a few months ago), we have made a modification on the Flush mount adapters and are finishing up the new jigs. I hope to start machining next week.
