Got some boolits in from customer to fit to his chambers. Nice looking gas checked cast boolits! On the far left is 125gr, 140 FTX, 158 JFP, then a 180gr 358 JSP. Cast boolits follow.

Test fired the 358 ARMax with .358 Hornady 180gr SP SSP this weekend. OAL was 2.200" and fit the modified PMags just fine. Will work on some load development and chrono readings if I ever get the time.

Looking at modifying some 357 max sizing dies to work better with the 358 ARMax reloading. The std Lee 357 sizing dies squeeze down the Starline basic brass just a bit too much and results in a slight bulge in the case when seating and crimping a .358 bullet.
We will see how this goes.

Hey All, Lazy day today so I hit the loading bench. 125gr XTP, 180 gr Hornady SSP, 246gr Hunters Supply, 300gr Hunters Supply Running charges of Lil Gun for everything except the 300 gr Cast. Switch to Reloader 7 to slow it down a bit and trying to hit 1100 fps out of the 9x41. All the rounds fit the standard chamber with stock throat. The 246 gr cast boolits I pushed out past the crimp groove so the case mouth gets some more support on the 357 Max tapered chamber. It does put the boolit into the rifling. We'll see when I can get to the range.
