You want a 10 round mag for the M57 Like I would like a double stack/single feed for my CZ-52.

Tim, Do you have a special way to hold the M1 carbine mag in the AR magwell using your adapter or does the mag require the standard notch to be cut in it?

Look back at Page 4 half way down. We made an extended mag catch and have a slot cut into the mag body. I am modifying the slot to just a notch in my next batch of mags. I've looked at adding the M1 mag release but there is not a lot of room to work and even less time to work on it. With the 22 RE and 256WMR using them, I might try to machine a lower forging dedicated to the M1 carbine mag, again, in my spare time.

Just a little side note about your 30 carbine adapter. I was playing with the 7.62X25 carbine with the barrel I got from you and decided to try some 100gr Lapua HP bullets that have long straight sides. I loaded some and found they are too long to fit the PPS-43 mag so I dug out an old M1 carbine mag setup for the AR that I slapped together and found that the bullets at 1.53" fit just fine in the magazine and fed like a champ in my 7.62X25 carbine. picture of the Cartridge below. you can see how far down the straight side of the bullet the neck of the cartridge is. The brass is converted .223 brass that I use instead of the 7.62X25 brass. I want to save the Tok brass for another rifle. I didn't run the bullet through a chrony, I just fired them into my bullet trap but I used a 11.5gr load of Accurate #9 to push it so you might be able to figure out what the possible velocity would be.

Both my QL and Quick Design got corrupt on my last hard drive failure so I've called for updated versions. I would think you would be in the 1500 range.

My Lee reloading sheet that came with the dies says the same but that's for like a 5" pistol barrel. Are you selling the M1 magazine magwell adapters or are they still in development?

New M1 Carbine mag drawings are in the works with an actual M1 carbine mag release. No AR mag slot. No promises, but it works on paper..... I did up the drawings this weekend between packing. We'll see if we can make some chips this trip home.

Got a mock up of the new M1 Carbine mag set up and it shows some promise. Mag release and BHO. I need to do some fine tuning and a bunch of testing. Bad news is that the 22 TCM is not playing nice with the new set up but I've got some more ideas to try out for that also.
