Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself some. That and I have some questions.
I bought a new-production Zastava M57A Friday night, and I'm waiting for the 7-day waiting period to be over. I'll post pics and write a review when I get the pistol if you all like.
I want to reload for this pistol ASAP, and it would be the first caliber I reload for. I don't have equipment yet, so right now I'm looking for books. I have a Lee reloading guide, Modern Reloading: Second Edition, but that guide doesn't have any data for 7.62x25. I downloaded the .pdf of the Vihtavuori 10th Edition also. I also want to get a Sierra 5th Edition guide. Are there any other published guides that contain 7.62x25?
I'm also the happy owner of a '43 Izhevsk M91/30 and I have a Geha 12 gauge Mauser shotgun.

That's a nice pistol -- does it have the thumb safety? If you have a chance could you post a picture or two. I have not reloaded for any 7.62 Tok pistols so I'm not the one to give you any advice on reloading for it.

Hey TK, Welcome to the forum. A great resource is also www.ammoguide.comI've been a member there for years and it has a lot of reloading data on it. For my Tok reloading I tend to use slower powders for carbines but 5 gr of Unique is a great practice load with the 86gr FMJ. Check out the Ammo thread for more info.

I have not reloaded for any 7.62 Tok pistols so I'm not the one to give you any advice on reloading for it. The new production Zastava M57As have a safety on the slide. The safeties are put on by Zastava in the factory. According to the reviews I've read on other forums, these safeties are much better. I'll be taking mine home on Saturday after the waiting period, and I'll take some pics. Here's Zastava's website to give an idea how the safety looks: www.zastava-arms.rs/en/civilianproduct/pistol-m57a
